Once you place your order we package it carefully to ensure a safe and snug travel to you. You will get information to follow along its journey all the way.

International shipping

Buyers not from Sweden will pay cusoms fees and tariffs and shipping. The painting will be shipped as a rolled canvas only without frame and the buyer will arrange and pay the cost of stretching it. Please message me at jennyaxelssonart@gmail.com to make payment arrangements if you are not a customer in Sweden.

Return policy

Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.

What if my painting arrives damaged?

All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days at jennyaxelssonart@gmail.com and attach photographs of the damage.

To offer the highest possible quality while caring for the environment, I work with Print on Demand. This means your artwork isn't sitting in a warehouse; it is created uniquely for you the moment you place your order.

Gallery Quality (Giclée)

All my prints are produced using pigmented inks on acid-free, 200g premium paper with a matte finish. This ensures stunning color reproduction and durability that lasts for generations.

Sustainability in Focus

By only printing what is actually ordered, we eliminate overproduction and unnecessary waste. Furthermore, your art is shipped from a printing facility as close to you as possible to minimize transport emissions.

Delivery & Packaging

Your prints are carefully packed in robust tubes or rigid envelopes to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Normal delivery time is approximately 21 business days.

Tracked Shipping

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your artwork is on its way from the printer.
